Who we are. TutorHub is a UK tutor marketplace. We introduce students to approved tutors; tuition is arranged directly between students and tutors outside the platform.

What we collect. Account details (name, email), and for tutors: qualifications, documents, a photograph, biography and a WhatsApp contact number. Students' contact details are used to enable tutor contact and are not shown publicly.

How we use it. To operate tutor search and profiles, to verify and approve tutors, to moderate reviews, to manage subscriptions, and to enforce contact allowances. We never sell personal data.

Public information. Approved tutor profiles show the tutor's first name (and initial), photograph, qualifications, subjects, levels, sections, experience and platform-set fees. Tutor WhatsApp numbers are revealed only to registered students through the contact flow.

Documents. Identity documents and other verification files are stored privately and visible only to authorised administrators.

Reviews. Only moderated, approved reviews are published. Reviews are not described as verified lessons because tuition happens outside the platform.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact details on our homepage. Approved tutors may also request profile removal.
